all payments are final and non-refundable. attempting a chargeback or opening a paypal dispute will result in permanent and irreversible banishment from all of our servers and other minecraft stores. seasonal resets occur periodically, during which all player items are wiped. purchases such as ranks, tags, crystals, and claimblocks are generally retained, but what does or does not carry over is subject to change at any time. purchases made on accounts that are later banned or punished will not be reimbursed. server packages and their contents may change as the server evolves. refunds are not issued for changes, removals, or transfers of packages. if you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before making any purchase.
